Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Nice place but the staff member that checked us in was rude. First she demanded the booking number so my girlfriend came to get it off me while I offloaded out bike. When I came with it she dint even look and demanded both our passports so I went to get them. This led to her checking us into the wrong room. We didn’t notice until we came back at 11pm and got quizzed by another member of staff when we just wanted to go to bed they kept us in the lobby to find out who made the mistake. Which was lady 1! The breakfast staff were nice though and the pool areas are cool too

Negative: Just one staff never

Summary: Don’t interrogate people when you put them in the wrong room and the place would then get a 10/10
