Situated on one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches on Florida’s Gulf Coast, this one bedroom beachfront condo with direct gulf view has an in-ground pool, custom designed kitchen and bathroom, on-site laundry and BBQ grill. The perfect place for a solitary retreat or to share with someone special.
In the bedroom you’ll find a King bed, 100% cotton sheets, goose down comforter, and your choice of goose down or memory foam bed pillows.
The bathroom provides a spa-like experience with walk in shower, terrazzo floors, ceramic tile walls, Grohe shower system, linear drain, built in storage and bench, and hand blown glass lighting fixture with dimmer switch.
The kitchen has custom maple cabinetry, Quartz countertop, lots of built-ins including a cleverly concealed Liebherr refrigerator with bottom freezer, and white 2 burner glass cooktop. Other cooking appliances include a Coffee maker, convection toaster oven and microwave.
Other amenities include flat panel TV with digital HD cable connection, HD DVD player, Ipod docking stations, bluetooth speaker, free secure high speed internet access (both hard wired and wireless), wireless printer/copier/fax, answering machine, and land line with free local phone calls.
For your comfort there is individually controlled air conditioning in both the living room and bedroom and for your convenience we have provided a hair dryer, iron, ironing board, beach chairs, large beach towels and beach umbrella.
As a bonus we added a top of the line tankless water heater for endless on-demand hot water, triple filtered water system throughout, and we use unscented disinfecting products and super-heated steam to clean between guests.
Nearby attractions include the Pinellas bike trail; kayak, jet ski and boat rentals; the Belleview Biltmore, Don Cesar and Safety Harbor spas; golf and tennis; and fishing and dolphin watching just outside your front door.
