Newly renovated (2017-18) contemporary style house designed for guests with heated pool 5 minutes drive away from Sag Harbor village, few minutes drive to public beach on Noyac Bay, on private nature preserve, providing exclusive access to entire property. 2 BRs upstairs each with dedicated full baths, downstairs BR with adjacent full bath plus master BR with full bath in separate wing below 2nd. floor media room leading onto sundeck and a connected gazebo with a large hammock to get away from it all. Parking for 4 cars on site.
