Southon Meadows is "Country" tranquil living while still being close to the exciting downtown night life and Riverwalk only 17 minutes away. Main attractions such as Six Flags, SeaWorld and The Alamo are only 30 minutes. Enjoy all the fun then come home to peace and solitude.
Only 20 - 30 minutes away from multiple hospitals and medical clinics with an easy commute.
Room is furnished with coffee maker, T. V. Mini fridge and walk in closet. Brand new bed and matress.
Guest bedroom can be used for extra storage . A living area to watch T. V study or read a book. The space is all yours unless landlord has out of town visitors. (Rarely happens).
