The fully renovated house was created in 1830 and is part of an iconic set of buildings in the history of the town of Pornic. At the beginning of the 19th century, the building was part of a thermal establishment known as "sea baths" with lounges and game rooms. Subsequently, the building also served as a casino before becoming a hotel. Then becoming housing in the 1930s, it has retained decorative and layout elements that give it all its charm.

For maximum comfort, each room has a fan and a washing machine, hairdryer, electric barbecue, garden furniture, parasol and sunbeds are also available. Outside market days (Thursdays and Sundays from 5am to 3:30pm) you can park freely and for free on the terrace car park, otherwise you can park your vehicle in the garage attached to the house (city car only).
