Due to previous damages and rental repairs, we request that you please leave everything the way you found it, wash the linen and make the beds. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed at this time. This is not a Hotel, it is our Home, please respect the property. There is keyless entry for your convenience and our property location is the Topsail Landings Condos, at 100 Gateway Condos Drive, unit #124, Surf City, NC 28445 which is located on the corner of Rt 210/Rt 50 close to all the shopping, grocery stores and local Restaurants. Approximately 1 mile from the beach, anyone can take a short bike ride along the surf city boardwalk pathway and across the bridge. There is a screened In Porch and outside deck with view of pool and club house. I have Surf Board to use for free and will give surfing lesson for a discounted fee (rate variable upon time). Property Owners and Management is not responsible for individual guest actions. ALL RENTERS ARE INCOURAGED TO BRING THEIR OWN PERSONAL LINEN AND TOWELS. We have towels and bedding, however all we ask is to leave everything in the condo the way you found it.
