Negative: Reached the residence at 3pm. Rang the bell, but no one came to open the door. We were standing outside under the hot sun. Called the numbers displayed (I assume the owners) but there were no answer. Waited for a good 10-15 minutes until the staff came to open the door. According to the staff, there were no records of our booking. The staff asked us to call the owners, but I told him I called earlier but there was no answer. The staff just gave us the keys upon looking at my booking via my app. Really disappointed!
Summary: We waited for a good 10-15 minutes under the hot sun!
