• Parking available in shared basement car park for two small cars side by side in allocated space. Note access is narrow and steep. There is an entry height restriction of 1.70-1.75m high and a very steep driveway so please be aware - small cars only.
• Being so close to the water means occasional salt spray and lots of wind.
• As this is waterfront, there is a seawall. This property is not appropriate/safe for very young children and older children should be supervised carefully.
