You live so close to the beach, so all you need to do is load up the handcart with swimwear, snacks and drinks and beach toys and drag it the 300 meters to the beautiful sandy beach. The house has an open roof ridge and in the living room the large window sections let in plenty of light during the day. In front of it is the spacious terrace, which gets sun from morning to night.
