Welcome to the Warren Casita located in UA Campus Farm Neighborhood! We are centrally located within minutes of the University of Arizona, local restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, hospitals and attractions. Our Casita has been lovingly remodeled in 2019 and decorated with your comfort in mind. We have contactless check-in with key stored in a lockbox. Codes with be sent 24 hours before your check-in date. A fully enclosed yard and covered patio provide you plenty of space and privacy for your enjoyment.
This private guest house provides you with all the luxuries of a hotel suite without the cost. The Warren Casita is a separate structure located behind the main house. Access is through the laundry room, across the main house's backyard and through a gate to your own private enclosed yard, providing complete privacy and security. The Casita has A/C and heating, hi-speed Wi-Fi, a 32” Smart TV, full size bed, dining table and two dining chairs.
The kitchen features induction stove top with pots, pans and cooking utensils. Other appliances include refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, blender, toaster. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware, glassware, cutlery, cutting board, knives, strainers, measuring cups and spoons, trivets, potholders, dishtowels, cleaning products, anything you need to prepare delicious meals. A broom, dustpan and a small step stool are available.
The bathroom includes shower, vanity/sink with storage space for your convenience. Hand soap, bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, and hair dryer are provided.
Dining table also serves as desk space with easy access to outlets for your computer/electronics/ charging needs. Above the table and across the room from the bed is a 32" TV. Note: streaming only, no cable. Please be sure to bring your passwords to sign into your own subscriptions.
Full size bed has new mattress purchased in 2022. The bed frame is open underneath with enough space to store luggage. There are plenty of pillows and extra blanket and sheets are stored in cupboard. Small closet has extra hangars and fabric hanging shelves.
Through the French Doors is a large covered private patio with comfy seating and tables to unwind, enjoy outdoor dining, and relaxation.
The laundry room, washer/dryer, is accessible for your use. We provide laundry soap for your convenience. Rather than taking up space in the casita, we make iron, ironing board, and mop available upon request.
