Positive: Great location, Clean Condo with a washer, dryer, and dish washer. Beautiful view, very friendly people visiting and living within the condos. Plenty of towels, added makeup wipes, ecct. 2 Very good restaurants within walking distance, I recommend long boards. Great communication from host. Answered the one message I sent very quickly. Beach access, community toys like chairs and surf boards stocked and well maintained/respected. Pool is very nice. Hot tubs are there, guide doesn't specify but they are outside the food joint out back. The left if you are facing the beach. Lax rules regarding drinks near and around the pool. Very big highlight. This post is made during off-season. Nobody is wearing the bracelet, and we didn't have too either. Again, we visited during the end of October. I was worried about loosing my bracelet, there was only two of us and they gave us four. I kept my bracelet loose enough to take it off. Kept it on me just in case, nobody asked. Nobody at the pool or walking around is wearing a bracelet. Onsite bar. Didn't go, you don't have too cause you can bring your own booze. But if you'd like to have something you don't the option is there. This could be a positive or negative, but I think its kinda neat - The Condominium has maybe 10 cats they may or may not feed and they take care of pests/ecct. They also beg for food on the 1st level. The negative part of this is that I watched a 10 minute cat fight through my balcony.
Negative: The Condo is right across from a strip club. Might be something to consider if you're on your honeymoon or vacationing with children. We visited during the end of October and they had sprayed for bugs so we saw several roaches throughout the facility, namely by the garbage shoot on the main floor but also on the balcony (up to 2 inches.) Would have been nice to know when booking or when the pest treatment was scheduled. We did not have any bugs in the condo. We only received 2 rolls of toilet paper, one for each bathroom. The toilet paper is low quality. Better than public restrooms, worse than a decent hotel. Luckily there is a Walmart within 5 minutes. Buy TP before you go. Mattresses are very firm. It wasn't bad, but very different from what I'm used too. Many people vacationing may be off put. I was worried at first, but slept fine. Food joint on left closed early everyday.
Summary: No Kids, No Honey Moon and You'll have a Good Time.
