Positive: The house is nicely staged and new. The beds are comfortable and it's so quiet at night. The chocolate is quite good. But....
Negative: I got dozens of emails from the management team requiring mobile and personal email to start with. Then I got messages with house keeping rules including but not limited to trivia things like: dishes that must be washed, dried and put back in the cupboard before departure, the bin should be taken out for the rubbish truck. Nothing like this was mentioned in the booking.com advertisement. But the reminder emails like this just came to me after I finalised the payment. I wanted a short break from my daily routine but it seems I had to look after holiday accommodations like a cleaner. I am a royal user of booking.com, and I rented many holiday houses from here. This is the strangest hosting I ever got. BTW, leaving your stuff behind by accident, $50 process fee. Not cleaning the bbq to their standard, extra charge.
