Summary: Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The hotel appeared to be undergoing renovations, which may explain some of the issues; however, the room I was allocated was very dated and did not meet the standard I expected. There were several maintenance and housekeeping concerns: There was hair left in the shower, indicating the bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. The bathroom pipe beneath the vanity leaked whenever it was turned on, floor was always wet. All five milk pods provided had curdled. They were not refrigerated, making them unusable. The wooden bedside table top was not securely attached to the drawers and moved when touched, creating a potential safety hazard. To add to the experience, I arrived to check in at 5:00 pm, but my room was still not ready. Overall, the combination of cleanliness, maintenance and service issues made for a disappointing stay. I hope these concerns are addressed as the hotel has the potential to offer a much better guest experience once the renovations are complete.
