Positive: The Q bed upstairs was incredibly comfortable. Loved that it was not a small, confined space.
Negative: Kitchen needs help. Stove is very old, bottom drawer is broken, looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. All floors should be cleaned between guests. You could see hard surface floors had smudges. Carpets had not been vacuumed. The entire space needs a thorough corner to corner deep clean. Someone with a detail eye needs to look at EVERYTHING. Example-there is an electric fry pan. But no cord. Get a cord, get a new one, or throw it away. Main living space NEEDS curtains. Neighbors to the south can see directly into the house from their living space (and boy do they look) and the new construction to the north will also have windows that look directly into the main living area. This is the first time we have secured a Vacasa run rental. Based on the condition of this home, we will not rent another Vacasa run home. This was our 47th wedding anniversary, and let's just say we have memories, not all of them are awesome. Last comment. There should actually be a door at the top of the stairs. A french door would be perfect. A middle of the night bathroom run, groggy and sleepy, turning to the bathroom one doorway early could result in a fatal fall down a flight of stairs. The little baby gate in the closet isn't going to stop an adult.
