Summary: The Mark is nice but it’s also one of the most expensive 5 star hotels, Manhattan. The problem is it’s pretty plain compared to the other hotels in the area not much stood out. I will say, their service and hospitality was great. It’s one of the few hotels that acknowledged my Expedia status and honored my discounts and late check out. The in room dining was about the same as the peninsula or the plaza.
