Summary: No hot water for showers - at best, it was tepid. This was not a one-off. The air conditioning in the room could not be controlled - it's either on full blast (making the room cold to sleep in) or off (making the room hot to sleep in). The thermostat did nothing. Breakfast was so-so, but insufficient staff (took ages to get a coffee) and the layout could be better. Lifts were a bit crazy. It's connected to the mall, which is good. The shops were a good price, as they were not western brands (it's a "local" mall). Plenty of choices for food in the mall, but again, they are "local" brands mostly.
