From the moment you walk in the door, your views are spectacular. You'll be greeted with an open-concept living & dining with an interior window of walls inviting you to take in the scenery.
High design, low maintenance. Decorated with a mid-century modern vibe, the home was updated a few years ago and boasts all of the upgraded appliances and amenities you would expect. Both bedrooms feature plush, queen beds and full bathrooms for each. The living room sofa provides extra sleeping for up to 2 more guests on the sleeper sofa - the more the merrier y'all! (But no more than 6, Lol).
Introverted Extrovert? The Lookout is tucked away with ample privacy while located in a prime location on Lake Travis, minutes from great restaurants, swimming, hiking and boating. Relax and unwind as you enjoy amazing sunsets from the lower and upper balconies or walk down the stairs to the limestone waterfront deck.
Speaking of this stairway to heaven… If you're someone who counts your steps, then have we got some steps for you! The Lookout not only checks the “incredible panoramic views” box, but it also provides you access to the water's edge from our cliffside staircase and landing.
NOTE: Lake levels rise and fall throughout the season which may change water accessibility. The stone deck is a great place to get close to the water and soak in the sun, but we can't guarantee how close you'll be able to get.
