This home is absolutely perfect for that relaxing break away, and it's cleverly designed to accommodate all types of families, groups of friends, golfers, and the list goes on. The open plan set up of the home allows friends, family, and children to socialise and commune and have their own space.
The lookout will comfortably sleep 10 guests. The property comprises of 4 full bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large open plan living, and café bi-fold doors opening out from the kitchen, making a seamless transition to indoor/outdoor alfresco living and dining.
Apart from the spectacular view and private pool, the jewel of the home would be the superbly appointed open plan living, the kitchen with granite benchtops, gas cooking, and 2 drawer dishwashers and tiled floors throughout living areas. The Master bedroom with luxurious en-suite and French doors opening from the spa so you can admire the view also with direct access out onto the balcony.
Downstairs is the rumpus/theatre room or can be utilised as the 5th bedroom with large sliding doors offering beautiful coastal views to the downstairs entertaining & pool area.
The Golf Buggy driveway from the 18th Green takes you to your own buggy garage (Golf buggy can be hired from Pro Shop). The Golf Buggy path also takes you to the Lady Bay Restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Cuisine.
Enjoy complimentary access to the hotel gym, Hotel swimming pool & tennis courts.
The Day Spa is also located in the Hotel (bookings are essential).
In the surroundings enjoy the tranquillity, that is when the soft flutter of native birdlife is scarce, and the gentle sound of crashing waves in the distance settles. You will most likely see a mob of kangaroos, horses, numerous native birds, foxes, and hares and keep a keen eye out for the family of dolphins that cruise up and down the bay in the morning and late afternoon.
