Positive: Appreciated pool table.
Negative: Dirty floors, housekeeping needs to do much better. Towels were in bad shape, Black spots on towels and wash clothes. Not sure if sheets were changed since one bed had a lot of hair on fitted sheet. Kitchen needed a cutting board and rubber stopper for garbage disposal. Food and water spraying up when disposal was used. Location wasn't the greatest and having an outdoor space would have been beneficial. Lastly, when I called and emailed questions to property mgt prior to our stay, I received no reply. That was discouraging.
