We have a strict no tolerance policy on illegal activities in and around our property, including but not limited to drugs and or dealing and night callers/paying visitors. • Two FREE PRIVATE PARKING spaces available. • 6 minutes to Stepping Hill Hospital. • 43 Inch TV • 500mbps Super-Fast Fibre WIFI • One large double bedroom with King size bed. • One Large double bedroom with Two Large Single beds. • One family bathroom. • One sofa. • Fully kitted kitchenette with cooker/oven, Silverware, Cooking utensils, Fridge freezer, washer dryer, & Separate Dryer, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. • You'll find a hair dryer in the wardrobe, an iron and an ironing board placed in the master bedroom wardrobe. Parking is private and free. It’s your first left from Shaw Heath Road onto Gilmore Street. First left once you’re on Gilmore Street (small side road, cobbled street). Parking is at the back of The florist building. Please note - we take a £249 security deposit card hold via our channel manager to safeguard our property. We have one actively recording doorbell camera overlooking the front of the house which records video and audio.
