You'll enjoy premium business class Starlink Wifi service throughout the Estate and the grounds as well as 14 Smart TVs ranging in size from 80'' to 40'' with Premium Dish Network service.
The Estate showpiece is a stunning riverfront lounging area with custom seating, an enormous firepit with firewood supplied by your Estate Concierge Team, and al fresco dining for up to 30 guests.
Your private lighted floating Potomac dock is stocked with 5 Paddleboards, 3 Canoes, 4 Adult Kayaks, and 4 Child Kayaks to explore the storied waters of the Potomac.
