It is a residential area, neighbors walking with their children and pets throughout the day. You will have a 5 minute walk to the bus stop, which is a 6 minute bus ride to our transit hub and light rail, a shopping mall, and hockey arena. If you are a healthcare traveler, the UW Medicine Hospital is 3 miles away, and the Seattle Children’s Hospital is 6 miles away.
