Positive: Location and size of the apartment were it's only positive attributes
Negative: Have stayed in 30+ short term rentals all over the world the last 25 years. This owner/landlord could not have provided less effort to enhance my stay. While 90% of the places I have stayed provided shampoo and/or conditioner, neither was provided, nor was soap in the bathroom. Who travels with soap? There were basically zero instructions provided. I was only shown how to connect to the wifi. Had issues with heat and hot water. Apartment was hot. One would assume if it's too hot or too cold, adjust the thermostat. Apparently that was incorrect as it completely disabled both heat and hot water as they are provided by the same boiler. If we are only supposed to adjust heat at the specific radiators, perhaps provide instructions. Don't assume renters from all over the world have the exact same heating/hot water systems as the unit has. Be proactive, not reactive. SIMPLE. Was given zero checkout instructions. Asked at prior to check in as to my checkout time. Odd as checkout is 10a. Does it matter if I leave at 930 or 953?
Summary: In town at least twice a year. Will not book again
