Positive: All meals are very good ..tasty...staff in the restaurant is very good..good spread .... Buffet and à la carte...both had great choice
Negative: The hotel is very expensive but this hotel is not worth it...when you pay that amount you expect certain standards... I booked this hotel about 2 months before but when we went they didn't know about our booking took long time to figure it out... No mini fridge in the room get it on request...Mattress is very soft ..cannot sleep...door card was not working we had to change it several times... The area the hotel located is not a nice part of the Nuwara eliya...when you open the windows you see the shanties around the hotel...
