“The Bella-Rosa” is a lovely three bedroom home in Sunset Strip. Some of the many features of this lovely home are detailed below:
Indoor Areas
The huge open plan kitchen/living/dining (with TV & Coonara) provides a great space for the family. Down the hallway is the main bedroom (with BIR, TV & DVD player) plus bedrooms 2 & 3 (each with BIR), the main bathroom (with shower over bath), a separate toilet and a laundry.
Outdoor Areas
Outdoor living is well catered for with a semi-covered large rear deck (with 6-seater table, two lounge chairs and a gas BBQ) overlooking the fully enclosed block with a swing set that is perfect for kids. Pets are welcome too, but please keep them outside. There is also an outdoor shower (hot & cold water). There is parking for 3-4 vehicles (cars/boats) in the long driveway.
Kitchen
The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, microwave, an Aldi pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. plus a double sink, fridge, electric oven and gas cook top.
Heating/Cooling Systems
There is a wall-mounted reverse cycle heating & cooling split system in the living room plus a Coonara wood heater (BYO wood & materials). Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and there are 3 mobile heaters and 1 pedastal fan that can be used where required. There is also an electric blanket on the Queen bed in bedroom one.
Bedding Configuration
This home has 7 beds, accommodating up to 9 guests:
Bedroom 1: One Queen bed
Bedroom 2: Two sets of Single bunks
Bedroom 3: One Queen bed and one Single bed
Linen
It is common in the region for some linen to be provided for bookings, and some linen to be available as an optional extra. By default, a booking at this home does not include optional linen (top & bottom sheets, bath towels and pillowcases). What is included are doonas (quilts) with covers, pillows without covers, tea towels, hand towels and bathmats. If you would like the optional linen included in your booking, please let us know, including which beds you would like it provided for. The additional cost would be a one-off charge of $30 per bed (some sites add a service fee to these costs) - and we prefer 7 days' notice prior to your arrival to get that arranged.
Peak Periods
Please note that during the peak summer period and other peak times, check in times are set as 3pm (unless by prior arrangement). Please also note that if you avail of the optional linen hire over these times, it may involve linen being left out but beds not being made up.
Functions, Celebrations and Schoolies
Please note that the home is not suitable for celebrations, parties or large events. The home also does not take bookings over Schoolies.

Summary: The House was great.. quiet area and only 5 min drive to the main shopping centre at cowes.. I do recommend the house however there is one catch... there is no reception or wifi.. couldn't connect the tv to our phones to watch netflix but I guess thats why they have a dvd and movies, but still, a heads up would've been nice that their wasn't reception in the area.. if we got reception it was 1 bar of 4G. But besides that, the house was awesome and owners great with communication.
