The Barn Du Bonheur is a delightful and romantic 2 storey cottage that the owners have lovingly transformed into luxury accommodation for up to 6 guests. The holiday home features 3 beautiful bedrooms each with an air conditioning unit and ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a small fridge, a washing machine, oven and stovetop and a toaster. A full size fridge is located in the cupboard in the carport outside the front door.
Far away from the traffic and congestion of city living and located only 2 hours from Sydney and nestled away on a very private property, this impeccably presented country residence offers absolute luxury for a family or a small group of friends to get together.
The beautifully appointed living space with a gorgeous lounge room and lounge suite is the perfect spot to sit and read a book or enjoy a pre or post dinner drink.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped with a 900mm oven and gas stove top. Cook a beautiful meal in the kitchen or use the built in BBQ or Kamado in the adjoining courtyard and either dine at the indoor dining table or sit out under the stars at the timber outdoor dining table.
In the cooler months guests can sit out in the courtyard by the open fireplace and enjoy the lush surrounding gardens. Guests are welcome to help themselves to the fruit trees and herb gardens around the property (trees will be fruiting seasonally and we ask guests to take only what they need).
The property is incredibly cosy, warm in winter and cool in summer, it’s ideal for a weekend getaway or that week-long stay.
The master bedroom offers a plush Queen bed while the second and third bedrooms upstairs both also have a queen bed and all are made with stunning hotel quality linen.
