Positive: We loved everything about this magical place. We had the most magnificent view from the house and had everything we needed. we had coffees and yummy croissants every morning at the market shop. The gentleman was very kind and welcoming. The location is one of a kind but one needs to be aware that it is a bit of remote which we loved. Another recommendation is the beautiful beach called Spiaggia Istia. Was a great food truck down there, welcoming atmosphere and they sell homemade beautiful jewelry strongly recommend!

Negative: The restaurant on site was a disaster. The food was dry and the staff not particularly friendly. The building itself seems to have so much more potential than what is made out of it. I think the owner of the property should reconsider the kitchen offering.
