Summary:
10 minutes from Ellijay, Ga square, 20 minutes from Blue Ridge Georgia, 45 minutes to Dalton Georgia, and 1.5 hours from Chatanooga Tennessee. We have 3 vineyards within a five-minute radius, these vineyards are part of the Georgia Wine Highway! We have amazing hiking in the area, you have the Blue Ridge Mountains at your disposal.
You'll be staying on a small cattle farm with a private wooded view, overlooking a professionally managed 1/2 acre pond, the pond is stocked with trophy bass and trout and can be fished by adding the extra fishing or kayaking package! The beauty and peacefulness of the pond is included in your stay, whether you decide to fish or not. ;-)
The Tent: Has a mini fridge, electricity, wifi, A/C and heat
We have a small bath house, also heated and cooled heated year-round. We live on the property, your safety and comfort is important us, but you will definitely have a private experience!
*** we have 2 tents on site in a cute little courtyard style wooded area, each tent is 12x12 and has a queen bed if you have others you would want to bring a small air mattress and the bed can easily be scooted over to one side and your air mattress set next to it. Also it is perfect to rent both tents our Magnolia and Dogwood for shared family time or additional adult children! We also have many activities during the year checkout our social media @Milford Family Farm and @The Heritage at Milford Family Farm!

This is an exclusive Tentrr Signature campsite. Tentrr partners with land owners to offer unique accommodations in beautiful outdoor spaces.
Your Tentrr campsite includes a 10'x12' (120 square feet) safari-style canvas tent on a raised wooden platform. Inside the tent you'll find one queen bed or a queen-size bunk bed (see photos for the exact setup). The tent is big enough for the bed plus one or two extra sleeping bags on the floor. Aside from the canvas tent, campers can also use the extra 5-person pop-up dome tent that’s provided. You'll also have a 6-ft picnic table, outdoor fire pit, 2 Tentrr Adirondack chairs, and a heating source to keep you warm and toasty at night.
Max Occupancy: This refers to the total number of campers allowed onsite with your reservation.
Toilets: Every campsite is equipped with a camp toilet (we call it the Tentrr Loo). This is a simple wooden box with a toilet seat and a bucket inside. To use, line the bucket with a CleanWaste Sani-Bag supplied at the camp prior to use. Afterwards, simply tie the bag up and place it in a trash bag. CleanWaste Sani-Bags use a NASA-developed gelling/deodorizing agent that helps prevent spills and keeps everyone safe and clean.
Showers: Every Signature campsite comes with a Coleman Sun Shower. The sun shower has a reservoir that holds up to 5 gallons of water, potentially enough for multiple showers. It's constructed of heat-locking material that warms the water when it's left in the sun, even on cool days.
Please Note:
Fishing only if you have your fishing license and you add the fishing package. All fish are catch and release.
All dogs or any animals must be on the leash at all times.
Swimming and kayaking at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on site.
All trash must be removed from the premises and or disposed in the proper trash bag, tied up and placed in the receptacle. Any trash found after checkout will be additional charge.
Other Things to Note:
You are welcome to swim, kayak, or fish, (by adding one of these packages on) but please note, no lifeguard is on duty, swim, and kayak at your own risk!
Interaction with Guests:
Upon check out, you should leave-no-trace of your stay and be sure your campsite is returned to its natural glory! While Tentrr does not charge a cleaning fee, we do expect campsites to be left how they were found. After you check out, take everything you brought in and be sure to leave your trash at the designated location on the property.
If a CampKeeper submits an incident report after your stay that details evidence of trash or damage to the campsite or the CampKeeper’s property, Tentrr reserves the right to charge a minimum cleaning fee of $50. Just make sure to follow the Camper Manual posted at your campsite and you'll be set!
Reservation Modifications/Cancellations: Please note the terms of the cancelation policy as they are outlined in your reservation confirmation on Airbnb. Your CampKeeper is unable to change or cancel your reservation on your behalf, and they are unable to waive any cancellation fees (if applicable).
