Positive: The apartment was great, the app access was great. It was close to my work as wel. Safe, clean and very organized.
Negative: Cold water, Cold apartment and nice staff though extremely slow. There isn't a safe as well. The stuff took too long to fix the samlliest issue. It took them about 24 hours to put curtains and 2 days to come and check the heaters and hot water in the shower. They didn't fix it though. I showered with cold water for the 3 days I stayed there and on the top of that the heaters didnt work, it was very uncomfortable to saty in the apartment with that cold. The first night I couldn't stay in the living room because there wasn't any privacy, the curtains where missing for some reasons and the staff had no idea.
