One street back from popular Long Beach with beach access path across the road.
Open plan living and dining.
New kitchen - with electric oven and stovetop, rangehood, dishwasher and microwave.
Lounge area with RC air conditioner and wood heater, please note wood is not supplied but can be purchased at the supermarket, service station or Mitre 10.
Upstairs bedroom has a king size single +regular single. Bathroom & toilet.
Downstairs - has 1 queen size bedroom, the 3rd bedroom has 1 queen size bed & privacy screen from through traffic. Bathroom- with child's bath & shower combo + toilet.
New electric blankets on all beds
New laundry with new front loader washing machine.
Dog friendly, fenced yard. Big dogs outside only. Small dogs may come inside.
PLEASE NOTE: Access to 2nd level by external stairs only. SHED ACCESS IS NOT AVAILABLE
Linen & towels are supplied.
What to Bring- Our properties are fully self-contained, and we supply a starter pack consisting of dish liquid, dish tablet, dish cloth, soap, and a roll of toilet paper per toilet. Please note the complementary pack is to get you started for your holiday and through your first night. We only allow one towel per person. T-towels are provided. Please note we do not make up the top of the bunk beds in any of our properties. Things you will need to bring or purchase throughout your stay: Beach towels, Hair Dryer, Laundry powder (front loading powder is great for top loaders as well as front) Extra bathroom/beach towels and face washers if items supplied listed above do not suit your needs. Throughout your stay you will need more toilet paper, soap and dishwashing products. Please note we do not supply any pantry items.
