Positive: Quiet location. Warm and cosy. 4 bedrooms. 2 toilets. Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of room in the lounge area and big, comfortable lounges. Lovely big dining table.
Negative: Double beds in single rooms is too crowded. 2 people in a room would mean no space for bags and suitcases. I recommend removing wardrobe doors and making the inside of the wardrobes nice as it is impossible to fully open the doors due to lack of space. The only room that seems to work is the one with 2 single beds.
