Positive: From start to finish, our stay was exceptional! The team went above and beyond, accommodating our early arrival after a long journey from Agra, which allowed us to relax and enjoy ourselves truly. The welcome with rose petals and a boat ride set the perfect tone. As this was a birthday celebration, the team thoughtfully surprised us with a special gift — an umbrella made by local women artisans, an incredible initiative. Every staff member — gardeners, cleaners, F&B team, chefs, front office team, and boat riders —was warm, proactive, and attentive, making us feel like royalty. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and dinner, which offered a wonderful combination of local and continental cuisines. We loved the heritage walk, sunset boat ride, and traditional dance performance. This hotel combines luxury, heritage, and heartfelt hospitality. Highly recommended!
