Positive: amazing location and size of room and bathroom for the price. Vu was really friendly and loaned me a HDMI cable and offered me a tour trip catalogue and made lots of friendly conversation. 5 mins walk to the beach. good amenities provided such as toothbrush, comb, thongs to borrow etc
Negative: one super friendly staff member Vu did his best but all the other interactions with staff were a bit strange. lots of miscommunication even before I arrived about having to pay with cash only, and then with credit, then being told the charge was 4%, 3% extra. lots of different information / miscommunication about housekeeping times and them not being able to access due to a broken key, until the second last day when they banged on the door to do a clean after 5 days of not cleaning. seems to be a crying child on site for the whole time I was there. front door is frosted glass so there is quite a lot of light when sleeping, so bring an eye mask. aircon only has one mode - frosty or off.
