Sycamore Sanctuary is a 3000+ square foot 2-story home nestled in a beautiful serene neighborhood in Georgetown, TX. This vacation home is a beautiful 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom sanctuary designed for relaxation, family time, and fun. Up to 10 guests can be accommodated in the bedrooms. 3 of the rooms are upstairs including 2 guest rooms rooms with queen sized beds. In the hall between the two rooms is a bathroom with tub and shower. The Primary bedroom has a king sized Purple mattress bed and a 2nd queen bed with a Sealy Posturpedic mattress for additional sleepers or for young kids you want to keep nearby. The primary suite also has a large double vanity bathroom with an oversized tub that can easily fit two and a separate shower.

The downstairs contains 1 bedroom that also doubles as an office. This room is equipped with a queen-sized Purple® mattress complete with a motorized bed to lift head or feet for extra comfort. In the living room, you will find a 55” 4k Roku TV and comfortable couches for relaxation, and a gas fireplace with concrete logs. Stream all you want as we also provide 1-gigabit cable internet!
In the upstairs, there is a large game room for family play time that is sure to be popular for the kids. We have added some games including a classic-style PacMan arcade game and a 6-in-1 game table with air hockey, ping pong, billiards, and foosball.
This quiet retreat is just minutes away from downtown Georgetown Square, the Round Rock Premium Outlets outdoor mall, several golf courses, and a community pool, and be sure to take a tour of the amazing & beautiful Inner Space Cavern. There are plenty of excellent food choices in Georgetown & Round Rock, and you are just 40 minutes from Downtown Austin or the Austin Airport.

Located in Georgetown, Sycamore Sanctuary is close to many delicious restaurants and fun things to do. Just minutes from downtown historic Georgetown, you aren't far from cultural highlights like the Georgetown Palace Theatre and the Williamson Museum. The downtown area is a great place to walk around, grab a bite to eat, shop, and appreciate the wonderfully restored historic buildings. Be sure to visit the Inner Space Cavern and Kalahari's Indoor Waterpark as well.
