Positive: The property felt secure and comfortable. I was able to sleep without too much of a problem. There was an individual A/C unit, which is better than a shared central cooling unit that bigger hotel chains have, but I didn't need to use it. The bathroom is a generous size, and my room overall felt great for relaxing. The breakfast was nice and comprehensive too! The fitness center was fantastic and perfect for anyone looking to stay active while traveling. It is the best value-to-money ratio among the international hotel brands in Nairobi.
Negative: The lighting is inconsistent - some of it was a warmer tone and others were a cooler tone. The refrigerator in the room can be a little noisy too. Some of the finishes in the bathroom were outdated and awkward, like the shower area looking older than the rest of the bathroom.
Summary: Great value for money especially among international hotel chains. I'd stay again!
