2 story river cottage with floating dock located on the Suwannee River where it meets the Santa Fe River. Enjoy the views from the high bluff while sitting under the gazebo or relaxing on the back porch. This lot has 150 ft of frontage on the river so there is plenty of room to play cornhole or throw the football. The home has a serving kitchen with ice machine downstairs and a full kitchen upstairs. Satellite TV upstairs and downstairs for those rainy days. Conveniently located with several boat ramps within a few miles. Popular High Springs restaurants the Great Outdoors and Pink Flamingo Diner within 20 miles. Keurig coffee maker available. Within 11 miles of Ichetucknee Springs State Park.

Summary: The house was as advertised in the photos with useable spaces, a cozy upstairs bedroom and a very functional downstairs kitchenette. The proximity to the river was nice for eating dinners and watching the sunset. The owner was very responsive to any inquiries and even quickly replaced a broken coffee maker. The kitchen was fairly well stocked with dishes although I had to wash anything I used as most of the kitchen items were dirty as were the cabinets and inside the ice maker in the freezer. Additionally, we did have some trouble taking our garbage because the location on the instructions was closed and we ended up having to drive our garbage to a gas station and ask to use their dumpster.
