Summary: Came over to the coast solo. Stayed in sunny, downstairs studio, #11, which was perfect for me. Interior was clean, lots of upgrades to the vintage place. Smelled fresh! didn’t have moldy beach smell. Queen bed. Comfy, casual furniture, and everything else I needed to relax and enjoy my stay. Patio area at side of building with picnic tables and a bbq looks fun. I also sat out on my porch and watched the beach goers. It’s surprisingly quiet in this area (and in all the units). I’d recommend no children; only a single or couple stay in #11. Beach is so close!!! just a couple of minutes’ walk, as is the lifeguard tower. Lovely, clear water and calm surf makes for excellent boogie boarding and swimming. At night I could hear the surf lull me to sleep. Don’t miss a walk through the protected marsh off 3rd St. Happy, sunny California beach days! I will return.
