Summary: Lock on door was broken. Bathroom was dirty and beyond tiny. I didn’t stay the night. I was only in the room 5 min before requesting a refund. They refunded quickly and without question or delay. Also credit card machine was down so I had to pay cash. If someone wasn’t prepared for this it would’ve been worse.
