This great condo is located in the popular Sunset Beach neighborhood of Treasure Island right on the beach. This comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo has a fully equipped kitchen with all you need to prepare a nice meal, tile flooring throughout and tasteful décor. The living area features a flat screen TV for you to enjoy. There is a king size bed and another flat screen TV in the bedroom. The living room is on the beach side of the condo and it has a large window facing the Gulf of Mexico. The view is fantastic! Free WiFi and Coin operated washer/dryer on site.

This direct beachfront building provides a wide view of the Gulf of Mexico from each condo here. This property has a small pool onsite, however there are no lounge chairs provided. For family-friendly fun while visiting Treasure Island, hop on the Suncoast Trolley and you will be able to explore all of the unique beach communities from Clearwater Beach to Pass-a-Grille. Take a short drive over to the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. Head West to Madeira and visit the Alligator Discovery Center in town, take a walk on the boardwalk while shopping at John’s Pass Village. After your adventures, have a bite to eat at the many fantastic restaurants Treasure Island has to offer such as The Pearl Restaurant, Caddy’s, The Boardwalk Grill and many more!
