This cottage is the crown jewel of Sunnyside Avenue. Recently updated in 2020-21, Sunny Daze boasts the charm of Conneaut’s hay day with updated modern amenities. The backyard is fully fenced in, perfect for kids and pets and has multiple hammocks and seating to enjoy Conneaut’s diverse seasons. The recent addition of the two tiered deck will give guests added space and privacy for sun bathing and family barbecues.

Summary: Host is helpful, accomodating, and easy to communicate with. Pleasantly surprised a bedroom is on main level. Room enough for xmas tree and dinner for 5 comfortably. Communication binder is thorough with info a guest needs. We didnt utilize the lake and outdoor amenities due to time of year. Maybe next time. Enjoyed thestay!
