Ideally located in a charming alleyway, this air-conditioned house offers uninterrupted views of the sea and the hillside, less than a kilometre from the beach. With a generous 120 m² spread over three levels, Sun Valley can accommodate up to 7 travelers, guaranteeing an unforgettable holiday experience.
The accommodation is composed as follows:
First floor:

- Spacious 40 m² living room with wood-burning stove (wood not supplied) and TV.
- Fully equipped kitchen: with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- A sea view from the living room and bedroom on the 1st floor.
- Bedroom 1: a bunk bed with a double bed below and a single bed above.

2nd floor:

- Office area: access to the terrace and comfortable sofa bed.
The rental includes maid service, and we provide you with 4* hotel-quality linen, including sheets, towels and tea towels. Your bed will be carefully prepared for your arrival.
