Newly renovated vacation home features brand new appliances, second floor central air, outside shower, four bedrooms, three full baths and is situated 100 feet from the water with a shared private beach. It is less than a mile from Mount Sunapee ski area and is also within walking distance of the state beach. The water is exceptionally pure as the source of much of the water comes from underground springs. Swimming, boating, fishing, hiking or just relaxing and enjoying a truly restful and peaceful vacation can be yours in this comfortable lake home with modern amenities. Kayak, paddle board and fire pit included - what more can you ask for a dream vacation!

Summary: Such an incredible place - we had the beach all to ourselves despite it being a shared beach with the cottage essentially right on the lake so our children could go back and forth. Loved it!
