You’ll love the shaded lower-level high-top tables and chairs to keep an eye on the action happening in the brand-new saltwater swimming pool and 6-person hot tub. A half-bath and outdoor shower are conveniently close by, and a washer/dryer is located on the ground level as well. Climb the stairs to the first level and discover a screened-in porch, a nostalgic harbinger of what you’ll find inside — a wood-beamed ceiling that inspires a camp-like ambiance. Make no mistake though, the completely updated kitchen with all new appliances, granite countertops, and soft-close cabinets is a contemporary delight for prepping meals. So is the large Smart TV, providing the ability to stream your favorite show in the comfort of a nicely furnished great room.
