Everything including flooring, kitchen, bathrooms, appliances, furniture, tableware and cooking supplies are all brand new! A bright living room opens up into the screened-in pool and hot tub where you can enjoy the lush quiet garden, giving you southern sun exposure from dawn until dusk with spectacular sunsets off the back patio.
