Summary: We stayed in the apartment so we could visit family for the Thanksgiving Holidays. The location worked out really well for us. Since it's November we didn't go to the beach so we can't comment how convenient it is for beach fun. Our two dogs loved walking in the city park that is right next to the apartment (as did my wife and I). The apartment is perfect for those traveling with fur babies. You can definitely hear the people in the apartment above this one walk around. They weren't doing anything obnoxious it's just the result of a "thin"floor/ceiling. It wasn't a problem for us but if you are a light sleeper it might be an issue. All the other reviews gave great rankings to the communication and check in process. Our experience wasn't great but hopefully that is a one off (we were staying over a holiday week and everyone is busy).
