Positive: Very good / safe location. Kinda had a kitchen. It was a great three star apartment hotel.
Negative: The five star rating threw me off. It’s a boutique hotel who probably submitted they are five star. When the price is too good to be true chances it ain’t a true five star hotel. That being said was quite happy with price point for what it was. Did book both the Ritz and Sofitel Reforma as kinda a consolation prize during that trip and have to say Sofitel was epic, even better than the Ritz. If ya want a true five star experience.
Summary: Great value for the money, solid three star experience.
