Positive: Very friendly host who provided some very welcome but unexpected snacks for our arrival. The large terrace has a great view over the city and the room is a good size (with the city view). About 1km from the city centre - no more than a 20 minute walk from Piazza Grande. Excellent value.
Negative: The bathroom is a bit basic but it's not somewhere to hang out so does it matter? Not to me. Top floor (as expected - no view otherwise!) and no lift so don't plan to carry heavy bags to the apartment.
Summary: Comfortable, roomy apartment, ideal for moderately fit people.
