Our villa in Canet de Mar is the perfect place to enjoy a unique experience in El Maresme.
The house offers all the comforts of a newly built property with a special warmth and views of the horizon of the Mediterranean Sea. The house is located in the beautiful village of Canet de Mar, with a maritime atmosphere with modernist touches and world-famous for the castle of Santa Florentina, where scenes from Game of Thrones were filmed.
The villa welcomes us with a dining room completely open to the outside where a sophisticated style merges with the warmth of a home. The island-shaped kitchen of modern design invites you to share moments with family and friends and the large dining room connects to the garden and its fantastic pool with views of the surrounding fields that remind us of the agricultural past and present of the area. In the garden next to the pool there is a table and barbecue area to enjoy the time outdoors.
The house consists of 5 rooms distributed over two floors. On the lower floor, there is 1 Master Suite with double bed and full bathroom with bathtub. Then we find the perfect room for the little ones in the house with a special bunk bed for them. Another room on the same floor offers space for those who need to continue working, with a full desk and great light thanks to the window that presides over the room. The ground floor is completed with another full bathroom and the laundry area.
Going up the stairs we will find the second part of the house, with a separate entrance. This second floor allows guests to have complete independence if they so wish, as it consists of a full kitchen, dining room with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea, 2 double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first room with a double bed and the second with a trundle bed suitable for 2 people.
It is important to note that parties are strictly prohibited in this property, to ensure the tranquility and comfort of guests and neighbors.
