Summary: This served our purpose of being close to a family gathering, with enough space for privacy, plenty of towels, and the additional half bathroom. I did notice that if we had needed the trundle beds, we would have had to move the furniture to pull them out. The overhead lights were overly bright for us, and there weren't many lamps to use instead.
