Summary: I was pleasantly surprised by the freshness of the apartment. Everything was clean and appeared freshly painted. Appliances appeared new. The neighborhood was quiet--across the street from a church. Street parking was easy.One problem was the water flow in the bathroom sink is inadequate. I ended up using the kitchen sink to wash my face and hands. The shower was fine, but I think the addition of a grab bar or a nonskid mat would be a good safety feature. I fell walking down the front steps one day because it was raining and the steps were slick. I reported this, suggesting the addition of nonskid strips. The property manager wrote that this would be addressed, but that did not happen during my week-long stay.Overall very positive experience. I would stay there again.
